And it was creepy and great graphics.Īlthough, I loved Redfall so much that I looked up other Arkane games (on game pass) and just finished Prey and it was AMAZING!! But you gotta focus on every word someone says to you, which I did, and you gotta search every single nook and cranny or you will miss something extremely important.Īre there any other games like Redfall, where you can just fuck around and its okay if you miss some stuff? But it's still high quality and immersive. It was the right amount of picking shit up, at least for my style of play. A plague definitely opens up a wild host of options for Elder Scrolls 6, but knowing Bethesda, Redfall could very well be the name of a quaint little village in Hammerfell or something similarly. It was easy to just fuck around and kill vampires, without having to focus too much on picking shit up and turnimg it into materials like other games. There was a ton of items in Redfall, but it was less complicated because all the items (toilet paper, board games, hydrogen peroxide, etc.) immediately turned to money as soon as you picked it up. There's wasn't all this pick up a million things and take it apart and attach it to other things, and if you don't search every drawer and body you will miss something VERY important, and won't be able to pass the mission. (Different objects for $, ammo/guns, and lockpicks). But I really love how you basically only had to pick up like 3 things. Being creeped out by the vampires when I first played late at night really got me hooked.
